I am an leadership coach, facilitator, and trainer dedicated to empowering high-achieving professionals across government, corporate, academic, and startup sectors. My mission is to support you in navigating the complexities of your role while making a meaningful impact on your team and organization.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, and lacking control over their professional lives. They often express feelings of being uncertain about their value within the organization. They seek to build their strategic leadership and confidence so that they can build influence, reclaim their time, and create a meaningful impact.
With almost a decade of experience in leadership development, I specialize in providing tailored tools and frameworks that help you deepen your awareness and strengthen relationships within your organization. My clients appreciate my direct approach and accountability, leading them to feel more balanced, confident, and ultimately more effective in their roles. Together, we will create a proactive strategy that enables you to build influence, communicate clearly, and motivate your team.
I have served as Chief Program Officer for TAMID Group, where I oversaw leadership development programming for over 4,000 members. In this role, I designed and facilitated programs focused on decision-making tools, adult development, identifying values and mission statements, and navigating polarities. My coaching experience includes working with clients from organizations such as ARMI, USAID, Wayfair, Georgetown University, UPenn, and Charity:Water, Hillel and more.
I leverage my cross-cultural background along with my expertise in mindful self-compassion (MSC), mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), adult development and polarity navigation to provide a holistic coaching experience. My educational background includes a Law Degree and a Master’s in Business Administration from Hebrew University, as well as certification from the Georgetown University Executive Coaching Certification Program. I am also an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation.
Living in Rockville, MD with my husband Dylan, our daughter Amelia, and our two cats Spidey and Bug, I enjoy hiking, yoga, meditation, and exploring new attractions nearby.
